 If you are here, in this space with me, I know you have a deep desire, for a expansive, meaningful life. To not only know more joy, more fulfilment, deep intimacy, freedom and abundance, but to leave a legacy, something that will continue to create an impact, long after you’ve gone.

To do the work, that you know, deep down, you were always here to do here on the planet.   

We build and strengthen our foundations not only to improve our present life.

We build for our ancestors and all the people who came before us and for the generations who come after us (who we will become the ancestors for).

We build for our inner child and all their dreams, and hopes and pains.

We build to invest in our future self so they may know solid ground.

We build for all the people who need us to go first and lead the way; the vulnerable, the scared, hurt and lost.

EXPANDING OUR CAPACITY FOR THE GOOD, GREAT + EXTRAORDINARY

Within our internal foundations, we have an emotional container within (made up of life experiences, core beliefs, habitual behaviours etc…). the bigger the container the more capacity we have to hold the good, great and extraordinary.

We are often taught that if we want to experience change or recieve our desires we must take action in the external world. Whilst of course, external action is needed, if we don’t also strengthen our inner landscape, we often don’t have the capacity to sustain the next version of ourselves.

You have what you wanted but it’s doesn’t feel as pleasurable as you expected. You’re not thriving in the way that you imagined. You work yourself to exhaustion + burn-out. You chase. There is a mismatch between how people perceive you and how you feel about yourself. There is always something to be done. There aren’t enough hours in the day. People have expectations of you. It’s not sustainable and things begin to crumble.

But you know there is more…

I understand it can feel hard to keep up appearances and always be so strong.

But it is not because you are not on the right path, you aren’t worthy or getting something wrong. At every level of evolution we need to stretch our container, and strengthen our foundations. There is a way to transform and evolve through the different seasons of your life.

Strengthening, retuning, rewiring, re-rooting.

And I’m here, as your guide, to support you to build your dreams on solid ground, to have the inner and outer structures so that you can weather storms and contribute to lasting change, and building a legacy that you are truly proud of. Now + in your future.
