  • Discuss the most helpful way to move forward.
  • Understand the counselling contract:  how I work and what we can expect from each other.
  • At the end of the session you can decide to not continue, think about it, or book a regular slot. There will be no pressure on you to continue.

We will set a regular time slot to see each other and you can decide whether you would like a set amount of sessions or to continue on an open-ended basis with regular reviews.
