For me this is not just a job. It is my passion.
I invest regularly in my development both as a person and practitioner and incorporate this into my client work. My knowledge isn’t just theoretic- I’ve lived it it. Finding out that I could change my life and be more than what happened to me, has saved my life.
Having my own therapy for a number of years and working with clients for more than 6 years, has given me a real insight into both the challenges and benefits of therapy and how this can impact clients.
I ensure that I have the time and resources to offer a tailored and personalised service to each one of my clients.
I began therapy at the age of 17 because I didn’t know what else to do. I was desperate. Little did I know then, that was the start of a very different life for me.
It’s not easy to show your scars but when you do and someone understands them, something amazing happens; they start to heal. Over time when someone believes in you- you begin to too. With knowledge, we can make different choices and that’s where life gets really exciting. And so the journey went from destructive and broken, to nurturing and whole.
When you have that kind of experience, it’s hard to keep it to yourself. So a dream turned into a passion and that passion into the business that exists today – a personal, genuine service where each person matters, to explore themselves and begin the exciting journey of creating the life that they deserve.
